Delegate Eligibility

Delegate places are complimentary and reserved exclusively for senior public sector health and care professionals. To check your eligibility for a delegate place, please click here. Please note that all registrations are reviewed by HSJ, and we reserve the right to accept or decline applications based on the event's eligibility criteria. If you are a supplier to the NHS, attendance is available exclusively through an event partnership. 

Attendance Commitment

The cost of your delegate place is fully funded by HSJ and our event partners. To help us continue providing complimentary places to senior health and care professionals, we ask that you complete the questions below as part of the registration process. The information you provide helps us demonstrate the value and impact of the event to our partners. Delegate places are limited so if your circumstances change and you are no longer able to attend, please either nominate a suitable colleague to attend in your place or notify us as soon as possible so that we can reallocate your place. We regret that where a confirmed delegate does not attend without informing us a £149 administration fee will apply to help cover some of the costs incurred.

We understand that calendars are busy, but by completing this form, you confirm that the date is held in your diary, and you commit to attend the event should your registration be accepted. Should the situation change, you also agree to provide the name and contact information of a senior colleague to attend in your stead, a minimum of 2 weeks ahead of the event date.
